WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR - HADFIELD (ADMINKM)
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and proper documentation using Warehouse Management System.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and warehouse distribution systems.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software such as 3PL platforms.
- Proven ability in team management and supervision within a warehouse environment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes and heavy lifting techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements efficiently.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and materials handling best practices. This Warehouse Administrator role is vital for maintaining smooth operations within our facility while fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

- Experience with warehouse or inventory systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or admin role preferred
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
- G.C.S.E.’s / equivalent (Maths & English preferred)
- Additional logistics or admin certifications are a plus
What else you need to know:
- Hours 9 am – 5.30 (slight flexibility can be offered) There will be a need during holiday and sickness cover to support across shifts (5.45 am – 11 pm) on split basis.
