One of Tameside clients are looking to recruit an additional team member to join their depot.

Some duties include but not limited to:

• Raising of job cards, estimates & invoices as required and update status of jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Planning the workload to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Scheduling of work and managing flow of works
• Maintaining schedules for all customers
• Liaising with customers regarding service schedules, updates, authorities and completion of work.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure that times booked to jobs are monitored and parts are ordered and available for the job at the correct time.
• Processing purchase orders accurately
• Ensuring that the site is tidy, housekeeping standards are maintained, and site is secure.
• Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a proper fashion.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety arrangements are in place
• Promoting Health and Safety within the depot
• Undertake any reasonable duty specified by the Depot Manager and Company Directors.

What else you need to know:

• Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, with alternate Saturdays 7am-12pm
• 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• Company uniform provided
