Used Bennett’s for many years both as an employer and for my own employment of late, my take is that there are far too many agencies out there and not enough good ones, however I have always found Bennett’s to be a pretty decent bunch and professional at what they do, my gripe is that the mature worker can sometimes be overlooked and feel that all agencies should address this because it is unfair and wrong on so many levels. The knowledge, wisdom and experience which older people can bring to the workplace should I feel be emphasised more within the job market to make prospective employers aware of their options.
