One of our well established clients are looking to recruit an Experienced Systems Analyst

Some duties include: 

• To enable quick service ticket routing and continually review and update the ticket auto routing table
• Taking responsibility for IMACD activity, required to successfully implement, manage and run MPS contracts. This includes data audits and silent device management.
• Administration support to third party service providers, authorized service partners and BUK internal and field service engineers, including service estimates, ordering of spare parts and monitoring stock.
• Professionally handle complaints both verbally and written to satisfactory conclusion, keeping focus on customer satisfaction in all cases.
• Process payment runs for all service tickets.

General Tasks

• Remotely connect devices to the cloud platform to enable auto supplies and billing.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and understanding of the customers environment and service delivery requirements, which will enable the delivery of a first-class service.
• Escalate any incidents appropriately across the business for the most efficient and effective resolution in accordance with service level agreements.
• Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries ensuring established processes and systems are followed.
• Handle internal and external customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
