Some duties include but are not limited to: 

• Overall management of all Sales & Purchase orders for Ascot International (1996) Ltd
• Overall management of Sales & Purchasing team members
• Setting sales target and reporting data to the director(s)
• Maintaining the company GP target by closely monitoring the company sales throughout the year and guiding sales/purchasing team
• Understanding the P&Ls and how they affect the company’s profitability
• Maintaining own sales accounts alongside overseeing all company accounts
• Distributing departmental budgets and being aware of their spend throughout the year
• Liaising with finance team regularly and keeping up to date on the company figures
• Reporting on the business as a whole to the director(s)
• Growing the business through BD and partnerships
• Creating new opportunities for the business – sales/purchasing/marketing/exhibiting
• Overseeing company policy and ideals are upheld by all members of staff

About you: 

• Would prefer a well seasoned professional from a chemical background, however an all round office Manager would be also well suited.
• Previous accounts experience
• Ability to grow the business and build relationships
• Overseeing other staff
• budgets, maintenance of GP levels
• Lots of variety no day is the same

What else you need to know: 

• £35-£40 basic plus capped bonus
• 9-5pm Monday to Friday
