SALES MANAGER (A14477)
Due to rapid growth one of our well established family firms in Stockport are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager
Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited:
- Deals with the reps, showrooms and office manager. Reports to the MD only
- Checks every order received against
- Issue and update the price list
- Helps Sales Consultants with quotes if something isn’t on the price list and issues “Example Quotes” for reps to follow.
- Suggest updates, due to trends or general improvements, to the Sale Showroom
- Keeps the company’s pictures up to date on its web sites as well as write 1 blog per month for the site
- Reports monthly to MD on what is selling and what isn’t and agrees retail prices
- Collects customer feedback from showroom, reps and office and issue a report to the MD monthly
- Deal with any positive feedback & negative feedback left on line
- Makes sure that quotes are issued by the reps and deals with the standardization of reps quotes
- Ensures that the company “Sales Process” is followed by the showroom, reps and office staff
- Calls 1 customer per week to ensure consistency of the “Sales Process”
- Visits 1 customer per week after install with a gift
- Distributes the leads that come into the company via email & phone
- Monitor the CRM daily
Basic of £75 plus OTE
