PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER - Droylsden (JNTL)
Our established client has a vacancy for a Production Team Leader to oversee the workflow and to manage the Production Team.
Duties will include:
- Man-management of team, including assessing training need and conducting one to ones, resolving any issues and escalating if needed.
- Distributing work ensuring dead-lines are met and ensuring quality of products
- Following all Health and Safety procedures and ensuing all are adhering to legislations, including correct PPE
- Ideally you will have previous experience working in electrical/electronic manufacturing, and a qualification in this sector is desirable.
- Previous Team Leading in production is essential, as is a keen eye for detail.
What else you need to know:
- Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm with at 12pm finish on Fridays!
