PARTS SALES COORDINATOR (I1700)
One of our well established Stockport firms require an additional team member to join a team of 3, working within a busy internal sales office.
Processing and dealing with orders for their parts department. The other members of the team will quote for and take the orders and offer any technical / product advice.
Lots of variety dealing with order processing using Pegasus Opera and alert accounts department if necessary. Checking credit against clients. Quotation, order acknowledgements via email, fax and post.
Dealing with all customer enquiries and queries. Liaise with Transport and production team.
Great opportunity for good allround administrator with customer service skills.
Ability to fill in technical data sheets where necessary and raising purchase orders for non-stock items.
Full training provided on internal systems.
Full time hours Monday to Friday 2 – 4 weeks temp then permanent £9.00 per hour. Plus company parking.
