PA/SECRETARY - Glossop (A18240)
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PA/Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and be proficient in various office software, including Office 365. This role requires strong phone etiquette, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Once training is completed, the role will be hybrid working with 2 -3 days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations.
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptable and ‘switched-on’!
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is preferred.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple priorities.
