Our expanding client currently have a great opportunity for a Mechanical Assembly Fitter to join their team based in Adlington/Macclesfield area.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure assembly and build quality is of the highest
possible standard.
Ensure machinery is fully PDI’d and tested prior to delivery.
Attending site for machine commissioning and breakdowns.
Being self-disciplined, proactive, and hard working.
High degree of interpersonal
skills and communication skills.
Working to deadlines and delivery dates.
Ensure production instructions and quality standards are met/exceeded.
Escalate any build anomalies to relevant persons.
On-site commissioning and customer training.

Experience:

Principally be responsible for the mechanical assembly of all sub and main assemblies.
Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and pneumatic circuits.
Manage and keep your electronic parts lists accurate.
Can carry out mechanical surveys, repairs, and servicing of equipment.
General engineering, marking out, drilling, and tapping.
Carry out work on-site, or off-site as requested and agreed.
£12.32 – £17.26 per hour
