£10.75 to £11.88 PH Temporary

Finance Officer required with immediate start. The role is based in an Educational setting, so a DBS will be required once applicant has been accepted. This is an ongoing temporary role with a potential of going permanent.

Some duties are:

  • Carry out accounts payable procedures
  • Processing orders and despatching
  • BACS payment to suppliers
  • Processing staff expense claims
  • Reconciling weekly cash collection and preparing banking
  • Assisting with procurement
  • Invoicing
  • Month end reports
  • Bursary duties
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaise with auditors
  • Adhoc duties including marketing ideas, stock control, ordering stock etc

Hours and Benefits: 

  • 36 hours per week 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 4 pm Friday
  • Company parking
  • Canteen facilities
