EXPERIENCED COOK (A10832)
Expanding group are opening a new outlet and need an experienced Cook.
You will have previous experience so you can hit the ground running.
Your key tasks will include:
Cooking for 140 staff and providing sandwiches for meeting etc as and when required.
Prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages to staff at a standard in keeping with the company’s requirements.
Purchase food and beverages, agree appropriate menus, prepare food and beverages in a well-presented edible manner. Keep waste to a minimum, set charges at levels agreed, responsible for collection and reconciliation of all takings, and passing to the accounts department for banking, preform weekly stock checks, always keep the canteen areas clean and hygienic. Ensure that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned and disinfected. Maintain good working relationships with members of staff, maintain a high standard of personal appearance, plus perform any other reasonable duties expected within the role.
30 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-3 pm. 22 days holidays. Company parking and pension scheme.
