CREDIT CONTROLLER / ACCOUNT (A12295)
Our client is currently on shutdown however they will be looking for an all round Accounts Person on return.
Some key task include:
- Credit control debts for the business for around 400 live accounts
- Process incoming queries
- Purchase invoices around 30 per days
- Approx 25 sales orders put through via the sales team
- Currently operate on a POD which then generates the invoice accordingly
- Use of Profit Plus OGL System – quite advanced but easy to work
Person and Hours:
- Friendly offices, currently with 4 other staff including the MD
- Someone who can hit the ground running
- Someone flexible to help in all areas including take the occasional query during lunchtime
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- 20 days hols plus 8 BH – closed at Christmas
- Kitchen facilities and company parking
