Rapidly expanding award-winning client is looking to recruit another Support Coordinator.

Job responsibilities / Key Tasks:

  • Develop and demonstrate a good level of product knowledge on in-house Equipment
  • Provide a single point of contact for specific contracts, owning all incidents/queries to conclusion
  • Activate contracts by installing data into the Portal and create/link users as necessary
  • Produce a weekly report from the portal and monitor silent devices for all MPS contracts, ensuring they are back on the network as soon as possible or escalated to the Technical Support Team
  • Deal with all queries relating to the portal, training users, inputting and amending data, performing moves and changes to ensure the portal is fully up to date
  • Deal with POD requests, misplaced supplies, monitor consumable usage and report any issues
  • Monitor the Engineering portal and update with closure information as necessary

  • Collate and produce a variety of reports including Problem Management, Queries reports, Contract Management, Device Swap reports and customer reports as required
  • Possess a high level of IT skills to be able to use a variety of in hose software packages, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Provide a high standard of customer support to clients, end users and internal / external staff both verbally and in writing

 

Person Specification:

  • Experienced and have strong background in Business Administration
  • High level of experience within a customer service environment and be customer/client focused
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a good understanding of in-house products and keep up to date with the current market, together with an advanced knowledge of IT and Microsoft office packages, including Word and Excel
  • Highly organized in order to keep up to date with a variety of projects and tasks
  • Personable, Customer Focused, Chatty,friendly and work as part of a passionate team

The role is full time Monday to Friday, 20 days plus stats, free company parking but easy access to all bus and train routes.
