Compliance across both temporary and permanent workers:
All temporary worker employees are on “Contract for Services” contracts and are paid via our in-house PAYE service and not through umbrella or expenses schemes.
All candidates are personally interviewed, tested, vetted / eligibility to work checked and referenced prior to being placed out for work.
We work in conjunction with both the Home Office and The REC on guidance and compliance. We hold regular training session with our staff to ensure we are fully up-to-date with all current legislations.
Compliance Audits and Client Checks:
Not only are we a proud active member of the REC – Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we are serious about standards and commit to the REC code of practice which provides you with a series of quality assurances.
Internal audits are done every 6 weeks, the directors physically randomly check a number of candidates for compliance.
We work with large national clients who also undertake regular audits this includes ID checking and vetting of candidates.
